We hired them for an end of tenancy clean-up (£200 for a one-bedroom flat), and we had to ask them to return not just once but *twice* because they missed basic tasks (like hoovering)! Even after coming to the flat *three times*, we still got hit with a cleaning fee from our deposit due to their sheer incompetence and carelessness. It's a TOTAL SCAM - just don't go there.

If I could, I'd give them a big fat zero. They showed up nearly 2 hours late, constantly saying they were on their way. To make matters worse, they parked in the wrong spot even after I reminded them a bunch of times, putting me at risk for parking fines. They completely overlooked one storeroom that needed cleaning, and there was still dust and fluff all over the place. They wrapped up their work at 19:30 when they should've been done by 16:30 if they had been on schedule. I had to scrap my evening plans and ended up waiting at my flat for ages. Plus, their English was pretty limited, which made it tough to communicate.

When I raised my concerns the next day, they offered to come back and clean again, but I had new tenants moving in, so that was no help at all. I didn’t get any discount for the original quote, even with the delays and the shoddy cleaning.

I remember using this company 6 years back when I moved out of my last place, and they did a solid job, but man, their cleaning has really gone downhill since then.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one.

Regrettably, I can't suggest Handy. They've pulled two unauthorized £60 deductions from my account, and I haven't even used their services. The second charge happened even after I canceled back in May, and they confirmed they had erased all my details. Yet, surprise, they snatched £60 straight from my bank in June. This is just not right. I wouldn't recommend them at all. It's been a complete hassle and super stressful trying to get my money back since they just ignore my emails.
